Quarterly Medisoft Support

3 months of unlimited phone support for Medisoft $400.

Yearly Medisoft Support

12 months of unlimited phone support for Medisoft $1,500.

On-Site Medisoft Related Support

$150 per hour with a minimum 2-hour charge. Minimum fee to be paid via credit card prior to on-site visit.

Medisoft File Repair

In the event your Medisoft data becomes corrupted ARTech’s technical staff can usually repair the corrupted database within 24 hours. $150 per hour with a minimum 2-hour charge. Minimum fee to be paid via credit card prior to on-site visit.

On-Site Networking Service

$150 per hour with a minimum 2-hour charge. Minimum fee to be paid via credit card prior to on-site visit.
